Your Account

The Calling Store sells products for children, but only to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. Pricing and Payment
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we may contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Your credit card or payment method will not be charged without your authorization.
Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. The Calling Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Certain items such as clearance products, personalized items, or digital downloads may be final sale and not eligible for return. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.
