Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy for unused, same condition, must be in original packaging products. Specialty products are not eligible for return. Please contact customer service if you have questions regarding returns of specialty products via email at customerservice@thecallingstore.com or via our Contact Us form.

To complete your return, please Contact Us with your order details.

All returns must go through The Calling Store with an approved RMA number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after your return is received, inspected & approved. We will send you an email to notify you of your status for your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same product, please use the Contact Us form.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except under certain return circumstances. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will refund your shipping costs if the damage or defect is deemed the responsibility of The Calling Store.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
